HAVE FUN EXPERIMENTING
WITH THE RECIPE OF:
YOU & YOUR REALITY!
~Frank Gjata, founder Conscious Ink
Most humans are willing to experiment with lots of things…cooking recipes, exercise programs, fashion styles, toothpaste brands.
But how often do we experiment with something that can really be life changing?
The invitation here is to experiment and play with your actual day-to-day experience (your personal reality). You know, all the things we typically experience during our day. How we interact. How we feel. How people treat us. What usually happens.
Since our reality reflects the energy we hold, our thoughts, attitudes, subconscious patterns and how we interact with our world, if we change up some of those things, we’d have to get different results.
So, let’s mix things up a bit, shall we?
If you’re game, let go of your current recipe of who you think you are and the way you think your reality is and experiment. Play with what and who is in front of you. Try on different thoughts, actions and behaviors.
But let your intuition be your guide.
What are you compelled to do? Who are you drawn to speak with? And in what way? Tune in. Listen. Follow. Act. Notice what feels enlivening and fun to you.
This is great opportunity to also allow yourself to bring forward parts of your true self that perhaps you’ve kept hidden or haven’t shared with very many people. Give yourself permission to be you…truly and fully. If you’re not sure who exactly that is, experiment with a variety of personality traits you’ve admired. No harm no foul. After all, you’re just playing.
One thing you may notice right away is just how much power you have. You may choose to engage with this person over here but not that person over there. You can be silly, serious, generous, surprising…the list is endless.
Aside from having lots of fun, this practice also loosens the grip of old patterns, behaviors and seemingly ingrained personality traits. It’s makes the unconscious…conscious. And it broadens the spectrum of possibilities and opportunities.
Have fun. Happy experimenting!
