I'm so excited to have found you!!! I have a boutique yoga studio in Boise Idaho. I am Yoga-Years ago I wrote on every mat, love, joy, surrender, compassion, peace, trust, listen, breath, gratitude, grace, any many more I still use those mats in my studio...I will never get rid of them...they are so powerful. Because of the powerfulness of these words set with intention I have also started this year Meditation in Motion Yoga retreats with a theme each day for class, Joy, surrender, gratitude, breath, being present, I'm going to order the tatoos for the retreat and for the studio...I think they will be a great way to help my students stay present in their intention. I had the "truth" tattoo sitting on my desk for a few days. Then one day before I left for dance class, I had a feeling that I should put the tattoo on right then and there. So I did. I then left for class forgetting it was on. Halfway through class, an inconsiderate student showed up in a disruptive way as she had done the past 5 classes. I had never spoke about my frustration with this, until all of the sudden, I found myself confronting her with my truth! She was asking if we were doing a new dance because she didn't recognize it. Without forethought, I found myself saying, "Well, maybe if you showed up on time, you would know what we're doing." I was surprised at myself as the words were coming out of my mouth. I couldn't help but make the connection between putting on the tattoo a half hour earlier and speaking my truth to this woman. I gotta tell you that the "truth" tattoo is my favorite now and I LOVE wearing it!!!
